W is a 6 Artilleryman Sniper with specializations in AoE, DPS, and Crowd-Control.
She can only be found in the Cremation Last Wish Celebration limited headhunting banners and will never be found in any other headhunting banners.
The Celebration banners, which track the pity system separately, are a limited banner and do not inherit the “pity” system from other banners.
To make up for it, W (along with Weedy) can be purchased at the Certificate Store whenever a Celebration limited banner is active for 300 and has a 70% chance of being the 6 Operator in a pull in Cremation Last Wish (30% chance in other Celebration banners up until Abyss Corrosion).
